Pricing frequently asked
A certificate parse is one document processed through Loamy's extraction engine: a COA, phytosanitary certificate, GAP audit report, bill of lading, or any other supplier document submitted via email or API. A single lot may arrive with multiple documents; each document counts as one parse.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Producer at any time; billing is prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Annual subscribers upgrading mid-year are invoiced for the difference.
WMS and ERP integrations are included in the Enterprise plan. Producer plan customers have REST API access, which can be used to build custom integrations. If you are evaluating integration feasibility before committing to Enterprise, contact us to discuss a scoped technical review.
Loamy is currently in early access. We run structured 60-day pilots with qualifying food producers and supply-chain teams. The pilot is scoped around your real certificate workflows and supply chain. Contact us to apply; accepted pilots have access to the Producer feature set during the pilot period.
You own your data. Loamy stores certificate data and the traceability graph on your behalf. You can export your full dataset in structured format at any time. On cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days during which you may request an export, after which it is deleted per our data retention policy.
